強化養(yǎng)殖業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全和公共衛(wèi)生安全
新版《動物檢疫管理辦法》和《動物防疫條件審查辦法》自2022年12月1日起施行。
新版《動物檢疫管理辦法》明確農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村主管部門負責動物檢疫監(jiān)督管理，動物疫病預(yù)防控制機構(gòu)提供有關(guān)技術(shù)支撐，對受理輸入無疫區(qū)的動物、動物產(chǎn)品檢疫申報的機構(gòu)作出調(diào)整，明確官方獸醫(yī)的資格條件、任命程序、培訓和考核要求等。
新版《動物防疫條件審查辦法》規(guī)定，動物飼養(yǎng)場、隔離場所、屠宰加工場所、無害化處理場所等四類場所應(yīng)當配備與其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營規(guī)模相適應(yīng)的執(zhí)業(yè)獸醫(yī)或動物防疫技術(shù)人員，患有人畜共患傳染病的人員不得在場所內(nèi)直接從事相關(guān)活動。

Introduction to CAHE
With the theme of "green and environmental protection" and the highlight of "science, technology and intelligence", this year's Livestock Expo will gather a number of activities in the "forum of Livestock Expo" at the same time.
